Synesso Sabre
While maintaining the unique design and technology of the Synesso Cyncra, the Sabre model adds a new level of functionality solely for the Australian and New Zealand coffee scene with the inclusion of volumetric shot programming. Allowing the barista or café owner to easily set a range of different pour lengths for their specific requirements, the Synesso Sabre streamlines a faster workflow system and eliminates the potential inconsistencies occurring with manually extracted shots. For those who still wish to operate manually, a switch is provided on the side of each group for manual brew activation.
The Sabre model also includes the unique Synesso highlights of a stainless steel brew path, DigiZone TM PID electronics, multiple brew boilers and dedicated steam boiler, mixer tap incorporated into the tea spout along with cool touch steam wands. The Synesso Sabre provides the café owner with the ultimate tool towards maximizing their barista’s skills and coffees’ potential, providing consistently exceptional coffees!
