And this machine isn’t just pretty to look at — the Synesso Cyncra boasts features such as a stainless steel brew path, avoiding flavour contamination from alternative metals, DigiZone TM PID electronics, allowing the barista to easily set their desired brew temperature which is then delivered with less than 0.5° F variation shot to shot and pre-infusion controllable brew groups, granting the barista full control over the speed of water saturation over their grinds.
