Colombian — Supremo
This Supremo is effectively a small holders coffee made up from small farms which are all located in the Valle del Cauca, a valley running north to south in the cordilleran mountains, a part of the mountain chain of the Andes.
Dry-milling of the coffee took place in the factory of Trilladora Villegas and Cia, located in the city of Pereira at the northern edge of the valley.
The Colombian capital of Bogota is located about 300kms east of the area.
Note: Supremo and Excelso are grades relevant to screen size, with Supremo being the larger of the two.
