Cupping Notes
The Dark Horse Blend has a dark cherry aroma mingled with red capsicum and slight savoury overtones. A light, citrus acidity is tea-like in its brightness. With its silky texture and medium body, this blend has glorious dark cherry flavours complimented by tones of overripe peach. It’s a real fruity sweetness. Hints of cumin, dark cherry and a crisp vegetable tang overlay the lingering warming aftertaste.
