Cupping Notes
As the gentle aroma of tropical fruits mingles with peach, the Plunger blend also offers a great citrus zip thanks to the cheeky Kenyan component. With a reasonably high acidity level that mellows out with loads of tropical fruit sweetness, this coffee also offers a slight hint of caramel. Its smooth, but light, body is pleasant and mixes with a fruit-based sweetness. As you imbibe, a real fruitiness rolls across the tongue and the predominant flavours of tropical fruit are followed by a lean, sweet, crisp and short-lived aftertaste. This one’s a real winner.
