Brett gets used to home-made lunches
At lunchtime on his first day at Five Senses, Brett enquired, “What time is the chef bringing lunch today?” After scoffing and laughing at his wide-eyed naivety, we discovered that for 15 years, Brett had had restaurant meals prepared for him by chefs each day.
